Menu Plan Monday
I try to plan my meals for $5.00 and under. Sometimes I don't make that goal especially if I'm going to use meat. We eat very little meat. But I recently managed a deal where I got $75 dollars of high quality, humanely raised meat from Whole Foods for Free! So, you will see some meat dishes popping up on my menus over the next few weeks.
Monday -- Simple Supper: Mashed potatoes, Green beans, mixed veggies, rolls $2.00
Tuesday -- Barbecued Chicken Tostados $6.00 (from the Weight Watchers Simply Delicious Winning Points Cookbook )
Thursday -- Black bean tacos $4.00
Friday -- Dance Class! Grilled cheese & tomato soup $3.00
Saturday -- Slow Cooker Turkey Chili $5.00
