Target Price Matching Policy Changes Again

I know alot of folks have been grabbing some great deals with Target's price matching policy and coupons.

As of today, Target has adjusted the policy to state that they will deduct a Target coupon first and then if the price is higher than the competitor's they will match it. If it's a manufacturer's coupon, they will match the price and then deduct the coupon. Go here for the full policy.
