Menu Plan Monday
I try to keep my meals at $5.00 or less. Unless I use meat, and because I've made a committment to buying only humanely raised meat, it's more expensive. Otherwise, I'm able to keep my meals at $5 by buying the ingredients on sale and with coupons to get the very best price and then stockpiling.
Monday -- Stuffed Pasta Shells
Tuesday -- Black Bean Tacos
Wednesday -- Rice & Lentil Casserole
Thursday -- Simple Supper -- Green Beans, mashed potatoes, corn on cob, biscuits
Friday -- Dance Class! Veggie Helper & Crescent Rolls
Saturday -- Southwestern Pot Pie
Sunday -- Lentil, Corn & Sweet Pepper Chili
