Menu Plan Monday
I try to keep my meals at $5.00 or less. Unless I use meat, and because I've made a committment to buying only humanely raised meat, it's more expensive. Otherwise, I'm able to keep my meals at $5 by buying the ingredients on sale and with coupons to get the very best price and then stockpiling.
Monday -- Vegetable Stew with Herb Dumplings (I'm recycling this meal from last week because we ended up going out for dinner)
Tuesday -- Skillet Nachos
Wednesday -- Simple Supper, Green Beans, Mashed potatoes, mac n cheesee, biscuits,
Thursday -- Southwest Chicken Stir-Fry
Friday -- Dance Class! Tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
Saturday -- Roasted Vegetable Pasta (I will probably delete the meat ingredient and add more veggies)
Sunday -- Crock Pot Baked Ziti
