Menu Plan Monday



I almost let this slide, but having a plan for dinner each day really helps the chaos to a quiet roar and helps the budget because I'm less tempted to just throw up my hands and say "let's go out". I don't always follow my plan exactly. For instance, I often swap the days of what we eat when, but at least I have something on board for the dinner meal.


Monday -- Leftover hamburgers and frenchfries from the oven

Tuesday -- Quesadillas.

Wednesday -- Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken

Thursday -- Italian Vegetables and Pasta

Friday -- Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup, Fruit

Saturday -- Tamale Lentil Caserrole

Sunday -- End of Summer Harvest Soup -- in the crockpot
