Menu Plan Monday
I try to keep my dinners at $5 or under, unless I use meat, and then it's more. I've made a committment to only puchasing organic, humanely raised meat. Otherwise, I'm able to keep my meals at $5 or less by purchasing ingredients when they are on sale and with coupon to get them at the lowest price. When I find an item at their rock bottom price, I stockpile!
This week, I am not feeling creative or doing heavy cooking, so it's going to be a lot of simple suppers.
Monday -- Chili Mac
Tuesday -- Homemade Veggie Helper
Wednesday -- Black Bean Tacos
Thursday -- Simple Supper: Green Beans, Potatoes, corn, biscuits
Friday -- Dance Class! Quick Bean Quesadillas
Saturday - Grilled Hamburgers, Steak Fries
Sunday -- Red Beans with Corn & Rice
