Menu Plan Monday
I try to keep my dinner's at $5 or less. They are a little more if I use meat, because I've committed to only purchasing humanely raised, organic or natural meats. They are more expensive. Otherwise, I am able to keep my meals at $5 by purchasing the ingredients on sale and/or with coupons and stockpiling when they are at their best price.
Monday -- Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken
Tuesday -- Garden Vegetable Spaghetti
Wednesday -- Lentil Rice Casserole
Thursday -- Slow Cooker Black Beans & Rice
Friday -- Simple Supper: Soup & Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Saturday -- Bakeless Ziti
Sunday -- Homemade Veggie Helper
