Menu Plan Monday
I aim for $5.00 a meal, sometimes I'm a little over. I calculate the main ingredients prices and round up for smaller ingredients such as spices. I am able to make most dinners for $5.00 or less because of my coupon shopping and stockpiling.
Monday -- Simple Supper: Veggies w/ Pasta (from a bag), corn on the cob, sliced tomatoes $3.00
Tuesday -- Vegetarian Lasagna Soup $5.00
Wednesday -- Slow Cooker Baked Bean Soup $4.00
Thursday -- Bakeless Ziti w/ Garlic Bread $3.00
Friday-- Dance Class! Leftovers or Veggie Helper $0 or $2.00 (depending)
Saturday -- "Healthifide" Homemade Pizza $4.00
Sunday -- Butternut Squash Ravioli w/ Onions and Pecans $6.50 (I'm going "gourmet", we'll see how it turns out)
