Menu Plan Monday

Well, I took the weekend off from the blog, and now I'm having trouble getting back into it.

I try to plan my dinners to be $5 or less except when I use meat. It will cost more because I've made a commitment to only purchase organic and humanely raised meat. This causes it to be more expensive, but it's not a budget buster if you shop wisely. I try to limit my meat meals to once or twice a week max. Otherwise, I am able to keep my meals at $5 or less by shopping sales, using coupons and stockpiling items when I get them at their rock bottom price.

Monday -- Quick Bean Quesadillas

Tuesday -- Hash Brown Frittata

Wednesday -- Lentil Tacos (recipe to come later)

Thursday -- Simple Supper: Canned Veggies, mashed potatoes, crescent rolls

Friday -- Dance Class! Leftovers

Saturday -- Multiple birthday parties! Grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup

Sunday -- Slow Cooker Pizza (recipe to come later)
