Menu Plan Monday



I try to keep my meals at $5.00 or less. Unless I use meat, and because I've made a committment to buying only humanely raised meat, it's more expensive. Otherwise, I'm able to keep my meals at $5 by buying the ingredients on sale and with coupons to get the very best price and then stockpiling.


Monday -- Simple Supper: Spaghetti with marinara sauce, garlic toast

Tuesday -- Tamale Lentil Casserole

Wednesday -- Teriyaki Chicken

Thursday -- Slow Cooker Black Beans and Rice

Friday -- Dance Class! Quick Bean Quesadillas

Saturday -- Vegetable Stew with herbed dumplings

Sunday -- Mom's Meatloaf
