
After a long absence, I am going to try and start posting my weekly menu again. Something happened over the summer, and I just couldn't get to it. But, I'm taking back control of my house!
Most of my dinners cost $5 or less. I am able to do this by matching coupons to sale items and getting them at their rock bottom price. Then I stockpile so that I do not have to buy that item again until it's on sale (and hopefully I have coupons).
Monday -- Crockpot Teryaki Chicken w/ Rice & steamed veggies
Tuesday -- Italian Vegetable and Asiago Bow-tie Pasta
Wednesday -- Cous Cous with Spaghetti Sauce and mixed veggies (this is a new one, we'll see if it makes the cut!)
Thursday -- Simple Supper: Grilled Cheese & Soup
Friday - Pizza from the freezer(End of the work week -- mama doesn't want to cook!)
Saturday -- No Roll Mexican Rice Enchiladas
Sunday -- Veggie Burgers w/ fries.
Sorry, I got on a Betty Crocker kick and didn't realize almost all my recipes are from there this week.
